In an organisation consisting of several users, it is possible to assign an account administrator. The account administrator is responsible for managing the account information on Nodalview: invoices, subscription, user names, number of active devices, etc.

⚠️ Please note that only the account administrator can change the billing address.

To do so:

  • Log in to Nodalview

  • Click on the button "My organisation" in the side bar

  • By scrolling down the page, you will find your billing information. You can change them at any time. Press the "Save" button after you have checked and filled out the information
