You have recently downloaded the Nodalview app, probably gone through the free trial period, and you have just purchased 20 or 40 Nodalview credits to keep creating amazing visual assets for your properties. Several questions might pop into your mind - we have tried to answer them all!
What can I use my Nodalview credits for?
The Nodalview credits are the brand new universal currency to facilitate your HDR photos, 360° panoramas and floor plan purchases.
1 HDR photo will cost you 1 Nodalview credit
1 360° panorama will cost you 4 Nodalview credits
1 floor plan will cost you 15 Nodalview credits
1 staged photo will cost you 3 Nodalview credits
How exactly does the credit consumption work?
1 Nodalview credit will be consumed when an HDR photo is unlocked from the webapp.
4 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a panorama is unlocked from the webapp.
15 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a floor plan is generated and made available on the webapp.
3 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a picture is generated via the Home Staging feature.
How can I see my credit balance and my transaction history?
You can see your credit balance easily on your app in the credits section.
If you'd like to review your exact credit consumption, you can do so on your web platform.
Click on My organisation, and then on Billing and plan, or directly on this link.
Can I Get a Refund? How?
If you accidentally purchased a credit pack, you can get a refund if you request it within 48 hours of your purchase and no credits have been used yet.
You can request your refund directly from the iOS app. Click on Need help? and then Request a refund.
