With Nodalview, there are two ways to create a video for your properties:
⚡️ AI-generated video: choose your photos and let AI do the rest. Your video is ready in less than 10 minutes.
🎬 Classic video: edit your video yourself, sequence by sequence, using your photos, video clips, and panoramas, for total creative freedom.
Both options are in the same place: in the property folder, open the Content tab, click on Videos in the left-hand menu, then click on + New video in the top right corner. The Choose a project type window opens: select the option you want, then click on Start.
Pro tips for the best result
👉 Make sure you set up your logo in your organisation settings. Otherwise, your video’s intro and outro will remain blank.
👉 Make sure you have at least 5 photos of the property, taken in different rooms.
⚡️ Create an AI-generated video
1. Choose the AI option
In the Choose a project type window, select AI-generated video, then click on Start.
2. Select your photos
Choose 1 to 10 photos of the property. The counter at the top of the window shows how many photos you have selected. You can filter photos by orientation: All, Landscape, Portrait, or Square.
All selected photos will be turned into Photo Motion. You will also find them under your videos.
Click on Continue.
3. Choose the visual elements
Turn on the elements you want to display in your video:
Show property details: the city, price, surface area, and number of rooms are displayed at the bottom of the screen throughout the video. You can edit this information directly, as well as the currency and the area unit. Leave a field empty if you don’t want it to appear in the video;
Show logo: add your logo to the video;
Generate descriptions with AI: descriptions are created automatically by AI, based on an analysis of your photos.
Click on Continue.
4. Choose the format
Horizontal (1920 × 1080 px), recommended: the traditional video format, ideal for YouTube, websites and property portals;
Vertical (1080 × 1920 px): ideal for mobile viewing, Reels, Instagram and TikTok;
Square (1080 × 1080 px): a versatile format for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn posts.
5. Confirm and generate your video
A summary is displayed: the selected photos, the chosen format, the number of AI credits used for the video, and your remaining balance. To change your photos or the format, click on the corresponding pencil icon.
All good? Click on Generate video and let the magic happen! ✨
Your video will be ready in less than 10 minutes. You will receive an email as soon as it is available.
🎨 Want to customise your AI video?
Click on the video’s pencil icon to open it in the editor. You can edit the descriptions, intro and outro, music, photo order, transitions, title and AI label. These settings work just like for a classic video: see points 4 and 5 of part 2 👇
🎬 Create a classic video
1. Choose the “Start from scratch” option
In the Choose a project type window, select Start from scratch, then click on Start.
2. Choose the format
Landscape (1920 × 1080): ideal for websites and platforms such as YouTube or Facebook;
Portrait (1080 × 1920): perfect for Instagram, Facebook or TikTok stories;
Square (1080 × 1080): great for Instagram or Facebook posts.
Click on Start. Don’t worry: you can change the format at any time with the editor’s Resize option.
3. Add your sequences
In the New sequence window, choose the type of sequence to add:
📸 Photos: import photos of the property. You can filter the gallery by orientation;
🎞️ Videos: import video clips of the property;
🌐 Panoramas: add a panoramic view of the property;
🏷️ Intro and Outro: open and close your video with your logo and contact details;
🏠 Details: add a sequence with the property information;
✍️ Text: add a custom text sequence;
✨ AI before/after effect: add a Home Staging before/after effect to your project.
Select the content to add, then click on Add to project.
Your sequences appear in the timeline at the bottom of the screen. To add more, click on the + at the end of the timeline.
Filmed without the Nodalview app? Simply import your videos from your computer files.
4. Customise each sequence
Click on a sequence’s pencil icon in the timeline to open its settings panel on the right.
For a photo sequence:
Duration: 3, 5 or 7 seconds;
Description (optional): a short text displayed on screen, 40 characters max (e.g., “25 m² open-plan kitchen”);
Effects (optional):
Original: no effect; the image remains static;
Zoom in or Zoom out: a gradual zoom to draw attention to a detail or reveal an overview;
AI motion effects: AI turns your photo into a video. Choose the movement: Move closer, Move away, Turn left, Turn right, Drone view, or AI before/after effect. Then click on Generate. This option uses AI credits.
For other sequences:
Video: trim the start and end of the clip to keep only the essentials, and add a description;
Panorama: choose the duration, the start and end positions of the panning movement, and add a description;
Intro / Outro: your logo is displayed automatically. Choose the duration and, for the outro, add the contact details of the person to contact (name, phone, email, website);
Text: type your message and choose its duration.
Click on Save to confirm. To delete a sequence, click on the bin icon in the timeline.
💡 Tip: The intro strengthens your brand image from the very first seconds. The outro makes it easy for prospects to contact you, so make sure your contact details are complete!
5. Adjust the video settings
The toolbar above the preview lets you adjust the whole video:
Property details: turn on Show property details to display the price, number of bedrooms, living area and location at the bottom of the video;
Music: choose royalty-free music, or no music, and adjust its volume. The music volume lowers automatically while a video sequence is playing. To keep the music at full volume, mute the clip;
Transitions: choose the transition between sequences: No transition, Crossfade, Wipe, Circle, Slide, Diagonal or Fade;
Text options: customise the colour, font, size (Small, Medium, Large) and position of the texts;
Logo: turn on Show logo and choose its position on screen;
AI label: customise the label displayed on sequences generated or edited by AI;
Resize: change your video’s format at any time.
For each setting, click on Save to confirm.
Please note: the “Enhanced with AI” label is added by default to any sequence generated or edited by AI. Find out more about the AI Act here
6. Preview and finish
To rename your project, click on the pencil next to its title at the top of the editor.
Click on Preview to watch your video before finalising it. When you’re happy with it, click on Finish in the top right corner.
🔓 Unlock and share your video
Unlock the video: once the video has been generated, click on Unlock. If the video is included in your subscription, you’re all set. Otherwise, it will be unlocked with your credits:
classic video: with Nodalview credits;
AI-generated video: with AI credits.
The Nodalview watermark disappears once the video is unlocked.
Share the video:
Download it in HD to post it on your social media;
Copy its link to share it in your software or on property portals. You can track its performance (clicks, source platform…) in the Diffusion tab.
