Enable automatic transfer of leads generated by your sharing links

Automatically transfer all your contact emails to the address of your choice for simplified management and increased productivity.

What is this feature for?

When a prospect fills in a contact form via a shared link (virtual tour, photo gallery, video, etc.), you already receive an automatic email containing their details.

By default, this email is sent to:

  • The property manager

  • The administrator of your Nodalview organisation

With the Automatic Forwarding feature, you can now add another email address in blind copy (BCC) to centralise all your leads in another tool or inbox — for example, your CRM, a lead qualification tool, or a shared team address.

How to set up email forwarding?

Go to the “Integrations” tab

  1. Log in to your Nodalview web platform.

  2. Open the Organisation section (left-hand panel), then select the Integrations tab.

Enter the forwarding address

  1. Click on Connect under the Email forwarding option (on the far right).

  2. A window will appear allowing you to define the destination address for forwarded emails.

  3. In the BCC email field, enter the address where you’d like contact form emails to be forwarded.

  4. Confirm by clicking Connect to save your settings.

Once set up, all contact form emails will automatically be forwarded to the address of your choice.
