Go to the property in question
Go to the ‘2D Plan’ tab on the left
Click on ‘Edit floor plans’ in the sidebar, then either the ‘Edit all’ button or the small pencil icon ✏️
1. Customise the floor plan's overall appearance
The right-hand side panel gives you full control over the visual style of your floor plan so that it suits your preferences:
Theme: Change the floor plan’s colours with a single click
Text size: Adjust the font size (Small, Medium, Large) so that room names and dimensions remain perfectly legible.
Unit of measurement: Choose to display dimensions in metres or other international units.
Type of measurements: Display the length and width of each room explicitly, or show the area in m²/ft²
2. Manage branding and element design
Showcase your brand and protect your visuals with the editing options:
Add your logo: Turn on the switch to automatically add your agency's logo to the plan.
Watermark: Add visual protection to prevent your plans from being reused without your consent.
Total area & compass: Turn the automatic display of the property's total area and orientation (North/South) on or off.
Disclaimer: Edit or display the legal text at the bottom of the plan (e.g. "Sizes and dimensions are approximate; actual values may vary.")
3. Configure and fine-tune rooms in detail
You have full control, room by room, to correct the layout or text:
Rename rooms: Edit the text directly so it matches the property's reality exactly.
Manually adjust dimensions: If a measurement needs correcting, change the length and width directly in the dedicated number fields.
Hide elements: Using the eye-shaped icon, you can hide the dimensions of a specific room if you don't want them shown on the final render.
Floor management: Turn the display of entire floors on or off for houses or duplexes. You can also rename floors.
4. Export your plan in the format you want: PNG, PDF, JPG, or SVG

Can I edit all of my plans?
No, the editor only works on 2D plans created less than 30 days ago.
Is the plan editor a paid feature?
No, only generating the 2D plan costs 15 credits without fixed furniture and 30 credits with fixed furniture.
