What is AI Coach?

AI Coach is your new assistant for improving the quality of your real estate photos.

It analyzes your property photos and identifies areas that could be improved, such as framing, perspective, unwanted elements, outdoor lighting, and more.

AI Coach also highlights what you’re already doing well, such as using a tripod or achieving good framing.

💡 The goal? Help you improve your photography skills and consistently capture more professional-looking photos.

Where can I find AI Coach?

AI Coach is accessible on the left-hand side of the photo gallery, directly from your property page.

Click Get Started to view your AI Coach recommendations.

Discover what you can improve

Once AI Coach is open, you’ll find a section dedicated to improvements.

It brings together the photos where something could be improved. Click on a recommendation to see the photos concerned and understand what could be optimized.

Get recommendations directly from your photos

For each identified issue, AI Coach explains what could be improved and provides a recommendation. You can then click directly on the recommendation to access the appropriate tool and make the necessary changes.

For example, if AI Coach detects a cluttered room, it will show you the relevant recommendation and let you directly access the tool that can help tidy up the photo.

See what you’re already doing well

AI Coach doesn’t just tell you what could be improved. It also highlights the good practices you’re already applying. You may receive positive feedback when your photos have:

  • the correct orientation;

  • a correct perspective;

  • been taken with a tripod;

  • good framing.

💡 These insights help you quickly identify what you’re already doing well and continue applying good practices in your future shoots.

What can AI Coach detect?

AI Coach can provide recommendations on different aspects of your photos.

📾 Quality and composition

Some criteria can generate either positive feedback or improvement feedback, depending on what AI Coach detects:

  • Landscape or portrait orientation

  • Correct or incorrect perspective

  • Shot with or without a tripod

  • Good or poor framing

🔎 Areas for improvement

Other recommendations only appear when an issue is detected, such as:

  • Messy or cluttered room

  • Person or pet in the frame

  • Tripod or equipment visible in the frame

  • Overcast outdoor sky

  • Gray sky visible through windows

  • Sparse lawn

  • Dirty or empty pool

  • Worn walls

  • Worn floor

  • Damaged or worn ceiling

  • Empty room

Easily fix the issues identified

AI Coach is designed to save you time: whenever possible, recommendations are directly linked to the Nodalview tool that can help resolve the identified issue.

Simply click on a recommendation to access the relevant tool, make your changes, and then return to AI Coach to continue with the other recommendations.
