What can I buy with the Nodalview credits?
You can use Nodalview credits to buy HDR photos, 360° panoramas or floor plans, whenever you want and need to!
1 HDR photo will cost you 1 Nodalview credit
1 360° panorama will cost you 4 Nodalview credits
1 floor plan will cost you 15 Nodalview credits
How can I see my credit balance and my transaction history?
You can see your credit balance easily from your web platform. Click on My organisation and then on Billing and plan, or directly on this link.

How exactly does the credit consumption work?
1 Nodalview credit will be consumed when a photo is downloaded from the web platform.
4 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a panorama is created in the mobile app and unlocked on the web platform.
15 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a floor plan is ordered and generated successfully (more info here).
I have a negative credit balance. What does it mean?
It is possible that you have a negative credit balance if you have consumed too many credits. In this case, we suggest you buy some credits in order not to find yourself unable to perform some actions, such as downloading pictures or generating panoramas.
