How can I see my credit balance and my transaction history?

You can see your credit balance easily from your web platform. Click on My organisation and then on Billing and plan, or directly on this link.

How exactly does the credit consumption work?

1 Nodalview credit will be consumed when a photo is downloaded from the web platform.
4 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a panorama is created in the mobile app and unlocked on the web platform.
15 Nodalview credits will be consumed when a floor plan is ordered and generated successfully (more info here).
