Furnish an empty room
1. Find the photos you want to furnish
Locate these photos in your online space within the property, under the 'Photo' tab. Click on the AI button, then on Home Staging.
2. Define your settings
a. Define the type of room in the dropdown menu
⚠️ It is very important to choose the type of room that best matches the one in your photo to achieve the best results!
c. Display the disclaimer (or not)
⚠️ Including a disclaimer on AI-generated images helps ensure transparency, manage client expectations, and comply with legal requirements. This practice is essential for protecting both real estate professionals and their clients.
3. Generate the image
Click on Generate, confirm, and wait. After a few seconds, a preview will be available. You can observe the before/after using the slider.
Not satisfied with the result? You can generate up to 16 different variations for the same photo, in a different style or type of room.
4. Save the image
Click on Save as New to confirm the creation of the new photo.
A copy of the furnished photo will be saved in your property, and you will then be able to download it.
Refreshing the style of an already furnished room
1. Find the photos you want to restyle
Locate these photos in your online space within the property, under the 'Photo' tab. Click on the AI button, then on Room Restyling.
2. Define your settings
a. Define the type of room in the dropdown menu
⚠️ It is very important to choose the type of room that best matches the one in your photo to achieve the best results!
c. Choose wether or not to preserve the ceiling, the floors and the walls
d. Display the disclaimer (or not)

3. Generate the image
Click on Generate, confirm, and wait. After a few seconds, a preview will be available. You can observe the before/after using the slider. 4 variations of the same style will be generated but you will be able to re-generate some variations of the same photo with different types of room and styles.
4. Save the image
Click on Save as New to confirm the creation of the new photo.

The luxurious style exudes elegance with high-quality materials like marble and velvet. Rich and deep colors, such as navy blue and purple, add a touch of opulence with ornate furniture and accessories.
American
The American style combines comfort and practicality with traditional and modern elements. Using a neutral palette with touches of red, blue, and white, sturdy solid wood furniture is decorated with patriotic elements.
Credit Consumption
The first home staging generation uses 3 credits! Once unlocked, you can create up to 16 variations for free.
The number of projections generated simultaneously depends on the tool you use:
Furnishing: Projections will be generated one by one, allowing up to 16 projections (furnishing takes longer).
Renovation: You will generate 4 projections at a time, and you can repeat the process 4 times to get 16 variations.
