1. Access the Video Editor
To start creating a video, follow these simple steps:
Go to the folder of the property for which you want to create a video in your web area.
Navigate to the "Videos" tab.
Then, click on the "Start a project" button.
2. Choose your video format
You have three options:
Landscape (16:9): Ideal for websites and platforms like YouTube or Facebook. This format provides a wide, comprehensive view of your properties.
Portrait (9:16): Perfect for Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok stories. This vertical format is suited for mobile use and captures users’ attention on their smartphones.
Square (1:1): Great for Instagram or Facebook posts, this versatile format is designed to catch the eye in newsfeeds.
💡 Why multiple formats for the same video?
Adapting your video to different formats allows you to reach a wider audience across various platforms. By creating a single video, you can easily share it on social media, websites, and stories, maximizing the visibility of your properties.
3. Add footage
To add footage to your video, you can easily incorporate different types of multimedia content already present in the property folder: photos, panoramas, or video clips that you’ve captured using the app.
3.1 Add a photo sequence
Click on "Add a sequence."
In the menu that appears, select "Photo."
Browse the property’s photo gallery and select the one(s) you want to add as a sequence.
Click on "Add to project" to confirm.

Personalize your sequence from the sidebar that automatically opens on the right. Here’s how to configure each option:
Duration: In the sidebar, choose how long the sequence will be displayed: 3, 5, or 7 seconds.
Description: Enter a short description that will appear on screen during the sequence (e.g., "Spacious open kitchen" or "Panoramic garden view"). This is perfect for highlighting the property’s key features while keeping viewers engaged!
Effects: Select an effect for the sequence from the following options:
None: The image remains static.
Zoom in: A gradual zoom to draw attention to details.
Zoom out: A gradual zoom that reveals a wider view.
3.2 Add a video sequence
Click on "Add a sequence"
In the menu that appears, select "Video."
Browse the gallery of video clips already associated with your property and select the one you want to add as a sequence.
Click on "Add to project" to confirm.

Trim the video: Adjust the clip's length by cutting unnecessary parts. You can precisely set the start and end points to keep only the most relevant scenes.
Add a short description: Enter a descriptive text that will appear on screen during this sequence (e.g., "Bright living room" or "Stunning sea view").
3.3 Add a panorama sequence
Panoramas are perfect for providing an immersive view of your properties. Here’s how to incorporate them into your video project:
Click on "Add a sequence."
In the menu, select "Panoramas."
Browse the gallery of panoramas already associated with your property and select the one you want to add as a sequence.
Click on "Add to project" to confirm.

To make your panoramas even more dynamic, you can customize the following settings:
Duration: Set how long the panorama will be displayed (3, 5, or 7 seconds).
Start position & end position: Create a panning effect by setting a start position and an end position.
Add a description: Add a short text to highlight a key feature (e.g., "360° garden view" or "Spacious and sunny terrace").
3.4 Add an intro or outro sequence
Give your videos a professional touch by adding an intro or outro sequence. These sequences allow you to include important information, like your contact details, to make it easier for viewers to reach you.
Click on "Add a sequence."
In the menu, select "Intro" or "Outro," depending on your needs.
Your organization’s logo will automatically appear in this sequence, as configured in your organisation settings.

Duration: Set how long the intro or outro sequence will be visible (3, 5, or 7 seconds).
Contact details (for the outro):
Name of the contact person
Phone number
Email
Website
💡 Tip: For the outro, make sure to include complete contact information so prospects can easily reach you after watching the video. The intro, on the other hand, is great for strengthening your brand recognition right from the start.
3.5 Add a details sequence
Include key information about your property directly in the video to give prospects all the details they need at a glance.
Click on "Add a sequence."
In the menu, select "Details."
The sidebar will open, allowing you to add or edit your property's information.

In the sidebar on the right, you can fill out the following fields to display them in the video:
Duration: Choose how long the details will be displayed (3, 5, or 7 seconds).
Price (€): Enter the property’s price.
Number of bedrooms: Use the "+" and "–" buttons to adjust the number of bedrooms.
Living area (m²): Enter the property’s square footage.
Location: Add the property’s location to provide more context for your prospects.
Once all the information is completed, click on "Save" to confirm and add the sequence to your project.
3.6 Add a text sequence
Include key information about your property directly in the video to give prospects all the details they need at a glance.
Click on "Add a sequence."
In the menu, select "Text."
The sidebar will open, allowing you to customize the sequence.

Duration: Choose how long the text will be displayed in the video (3, 5, or 7 seconds).
Custom text: Add your personalized message in the designated field.
Once your settings are configured, click on "Save" to add the text sequence to your project.
💡 Tip: Use the text sequence to guide your viewers' attention or add crucial information that could prompt action.
4. Video project settings
Once you’ve added all your sequences, it’s time to configure the overall settings for your video. These settings apply to the entire video and allow you to customize key elements such as the logo display, property details, music, transitions, and format.
4.1 Display the logo
Click on the settings wheel in the top-right corner of the screen to open the sidebar. Enable or disable the "Display logo" option. If enabled, your organization’s logo, uploaded from your organization settings, will be displayed at the top of the video throughout its duration.
4.2 Display property details
To display the property details, click on the small house icon in the top-right corner to open the sidebar. You can then choose to show or hide the property information (price, bedrooms, living area, location) at the bottom of your video by enabling the "Display property details" option.
4.3 Add royalty-free music
Access the music library by clicking on the "music note" icon. Select a track to accompany your video from the available options, or choose to leave the video without music.
4.4 Resize your video format
You can adjust the format of your video at any time, even after editing is complete, depending on the platforms where you plan to publish it. Simply return to the settings to generate your video in different formats based on your needs.
5. Preview your video
Preview your video—this is a low-quality render, designed to let you visualize the video before deciding to share, download, or further edit it.
6. Finalize the video project
Click on the "Finish" button, name your video project, and save it.
7. Unlock the video project
Once the video is generated, click on "Unlock."
If the video is included in your subscription: you’re all set!
If the video isn’t included: purchase credits to unlock it.

8. Share the video
Next, choose your sharing option:
Download it in HD to upload to Facebook or Instagram.
Get a "Smart Link" via copy-paste, which you can share directly in your management system or on portals. With this link, you can access performance data about your video (number of clicks, platform origin, etc.) through the Diffusion tab.
