Improving the quality of your property photos has never been easier! The AI Photo Editor allows you to easily make the final adjustments to your photos for a professional look, directly from your online platform.
How to access the AI Photo Editor
Go to your web platform, open the property containing the photo you want to edit, then go to the Photos tab.
Click the purple icon in the top-right corner of the photo to open the AI Photo Editor.
⚠️ To ensure that the editing tools work properly, we recommend using Google Chrome!
1. Adjust the lighting and colors
The Smart Filters allow you to adjust different aspects of your photo using sliders. You can access these filters by clicking the icon with three small lines.
💡 Brightness
Brighten or darken your photo to achieve the exposure you want.
◐ Contrast
Increase or reduce the difference between the light and dark areas of your photo.
🎨 Saturation
Adjust the intensity of the colors to achieve a more vivid or natural look.
✨ Vibrance
Enhance duller colors while maintaining a natural look.
2. Improve the details of your photo
Two settings allow you to fine-tune the look of your image. They can also be accessed via the icon with three small lines.
🔍 Sharpen
Enhance the details and contours of your photo for a more precise look.
🌫️ Blur
Soften certain details of the image for a softer look.
3. Crop and straighten your photo
The Crop tool allows you to adjust the dimensions of your photo and rotate it.
Adjust the width and height as needed, then use the slider to rotate your photo. Click Apply to preview your changes.
💡 Not happy with the result? Click Reset to return to the previous version.
4. Customize your photos with Design Elements
Design Elements allow you to add visual elements to your photos or highlight specific information. You can access them by clicking the paint palette icon.
⚠️ Disclaimer
When you use a feature that generates or modifies an image using AI, a transparency disclaimer is automatically added when required.
You can view and customize this disclaimer from the Design Elements.
We recommend keeping this disclaimer to clearly inform your clients that the image has been generated or modified using AI and to help comply with the requirements of the AI Act.
🏷️ Badge
Would you like to indicate that a property is “FOR SALE” or “FOR RENT”? Add a badge directly to your photo and customize:
the text size;
the fill color;
the text color;
the badge position.
You can choose a pre-set badge or write your own text by selecting the “Custom” option.
✏️ Highlight an element
Use this tool to highlight a specific part of your photo.
For example, you can outline the façade of a property to clearly identify the property concerned by the listing when it is a semi-detached or terraced house.

🌫️ Blur an element
The Blur tool allows you to hide part or an element of your photo. This can be useful in certain situations to protect the privacy of information visible in the image.
Precisely blur the elements of your choice by defining their shape point by point. You can also adjust the blur resolution and apply multiple blur areas to the same photo.
For example, you can blur a license plate, a family photo, or any other element that you do not want to be visible in your listing.
5. View your editing history
The editing history allows you to view the different actions performed on a photo. You can access it by clicking the last icon on the right.
You can view, among other things, the date and time of the modification and the feature that was used.
