You've created visuals to showcase your latest properties. They're already up on your website and real estate portals. Now, you know it's key to share them on Facebook too, to reach even more people!

With Nodalview, you can now easily create and share captivating Facebook posts and amplify your social media presence.

How?

Log into your web platform and follow these simple steps!

1. Access the Social Media feature through the dedicated button in the main menu.

2. In the calendar, choose a date to schedule your post or create a new one to publish immediately. Let's say "Friday". Next, select the property you want to feature.

3. Connect to your Facebook profile.

This will automatically detect the Facebook pages linked to your profile.

IMPORTANT: You can only publish on your business' Facebook page, not your personal profile. If you don't have one yet, create one following these steps. Or, ask your administrator to add you as an editor on your company's official Facebook page.

4. Select the platform (the page where you want to post your ad) and click "Continue".

5. Define the status of your property: for rent or for sale?

Select and click "Continue".

6. Choose the type of content you want to include in your post.

Multiple photos or a single panorama, or 2D plans.

7. Decide which information to display in your post.

  • Your contact details will be automatically filled based on the information set in your business card, from the My Account page.

  • You can add property details by clicking on the pencil to edit them. Then, check the corresponding box to include them in the text.

👉 If you want to modify the automatically generated text, you can do so by simply clicking on it before publishing.

8. Pick a time to post.

Set the date and time you want to publish your Facebook post. Click on Schedule Post to confirm.

9. View the posts you've scheduled and preview them as they will appear on Facebook.

Go to the Social Media tab and find your publication in the calendar!
