Some of my equipment is damaged
Please start by filling out this request form for equipment replacement.
If it turns out that the malfunction is due to a manufacturing defect and that the part is covered by the 1 year warranty according to our general terms and conditions of sale, we will send you a replacement part at our expense
If the problem is due to improper use or if the part is no longer covered by the warranty, we will not be able to replace it
My motor is no longer working
