Throughout the migration process, which will run until January 2025, this FAQ will evolve and be updated regularly to reflect the latest information and adjustments. 1. Why did we redesign our plans?
We moved from an all-in-one pricing model to a more flexible and modular approach, based on your feedback: many of you expressed the desire for more flexibility by only paying for the tools you actually use. That’s exactly what this new model allows you to do now: customize your subscription according to your needs, while still enjoying unlimited properties!
2. What is the main difference between the old and new subscription plans?
In the old model, all features were bundled together, but you were limited in the number of active properties. With our new subscriptions, you only pay for the features you need (e.g., photos, virtual tours, videos), while enjoying unlimited active properties. This change gives you more flexibility to better support your business.
3. How do the new subscriptions work?
The new pricing plans allow you to choose and pay only for the features that are essential to you, whether it’s photos, virtual tours, or videos. You only spend on what you use, avoiding unnecessary costs.
3.1 Features included by default in all Nodalview subscriptions
Each plan includes unlimited properties and access to Nodalview’s essential features:
AI Tools (Home Staging, Sky Replacement, Magic Eraser): Optimize your photos with just a few clicks using real estate-specific AI.
Media Editor: Quickly enhance your photos with smart filters that fix common imperfections.
Smart Links: Track interactions with your listings and centralize your contacts to maximize sales.
Live Sessions: Showcase your properties through virtual appointments to sell faster and more effectively.
3.2 How to add more features to my plan?
Each subscription includes a set number of photos, videos, or virtual tours. If you reach this limit, you have two options:
a. Opt for an unlimited plan, which gives you unrestricted access to all features each month
👉 If you frequently exceed your limits, the unlimited plan is the most cost-effective solution. It gives you peace of mind with no restrictions, allowing you to fully enjoy all of Nodalview’s features.
b. Purchase additional credits, paying only for the extra usage.
👉 Even if you don’t initially choose certain features (like videos or virtual tours), you can always unlock them later using credits or pay-as-you-go options. This allows you to experiment and expand your tools without changing your plan.
You can update your subscription at any time by adding features or adjusting the number of photos, videos, or virtual tours you wish to use.
4. What are Nodalview credits and how can I use them with my subscription?
Nodalview credits offer a flexible solution that allows you to access additional features without having to modify your basic subscription. You can use them to unlock tools like virtual tours, videos, or photos, even if you didn’t select those options initially. It’s an ideal way to try out new features on demand, without long-term commitment. Each credit is only deducted when you choose to use these services, giving you complete control over your usage and costs (learn more).
5. Your transition to your new subscription explained
Between November and December 2024, you will receive a personalized subscription proposal based on your usage and current plan. We’ll provide all the details, including what’s included and the pricing. You’ll have the option to contact us to adjust your offer according to your needs and make the switch immediately if you wish.
In January 2025, the migration will take effect: if no action is taken before then, your subscription will automatically be updated as outlined in the proposal you receive in November, on your renewal date.

6. Is there a long-term commitment with the new subscription plans?
No, the new plans are designed to be flexible and commitment-free. All plans are available with a monthly subscription, with no long-term contract. You can adjust or cancel your plan at any time based on your business needs. You also have the option to choose an annual subscription with a 10% discount.
